Boy, we have been so busy that it's been a year since we updated this page!!   We have celebrated our 2nd birthday already and still look as young as our 1st!   We have learned so many things over the year.... how to "dance" and "stand" for treats.   We have really gotten used to our schedule of "going to bed" when our human parents go to work..... we have the entire run of both bathrooms!   

Our human mom is working on a calendar with pictures of the 4 of us to give out to relatives / friends for the holidays.  Hope you're not on the naughty list!  Keep an eye out here for updates and new pics!   Gotta run now... a sunbeam is calling! 

September 2004

Wow, can you believe we have passed our first birthday!!   What fun it was.  Mom bought us hats and we had our own twinkie with a candle in it.   We are full of so much energy that our furmom can't keep up with us!   We love to go outside and run and play with each other too!  Keep checking back to see what we're up to next.

Mom has been so busy that we decided to give her a break and start keeping up with our own page!   Well, we are 8 months old now and just look at us!  Cuter than ever !!   We have been busy learning how to listen when we are told to do things.  If we do good then we get treats.... our favorite is puperonis.  Mom had to go to the vet to have some stuff done so that she can't have any more of us.   Face it, we are perfection, why mess with a good thing!   We are so happy that the weather is warming up, we love to go outside and run around, chase each other or just lay in a warm sunbeam.   Keep checking back, we'll have more pics soon!

Boy where did the time go.  We're 7 months old today!!  We have been so busy growing and learning things.   Finally done with all those vet visits.... for our first year stuff anyway!  We have made a few trips to meet the people that Mom Kristie works with.... what fun, had to get snuck into the building in a sports bag!!  But as usual we were the center of attention!!  Keep checking back, maybe we'll get on this computer and update our own page!!

We have been very busy little girls.  We have had our first trip to the vet for our shots.  We have also started going outside and have already taken care of business out there too!   Mom has plans to put more here this weekend so "ya'll come on back" !

Well, our Mom (human mom that is) went and did it! She entered a picture of us with our Dad for a TV station contest and we won!! Got a gift certificate for a local restaurant - people food wouldn't you know!! AND... we get our picture shown on the 12 pm weather broadcast! We'll be famous!!! Wow, 6 weeks is sneaking up on us! We are growing in leaps and bounds.(Haley is now 1 pound 5 ounces and Heidi is 1 pound 3 ounces.) Mom (the human one)will be posting new pictures soon! Today, surprise to mom, Heidi was the first one to "escape" the pool that serves as a playpen. We really love to get out of the pool and run around, there is so much to see and so much trouble to get into, we just don't know where to start!!

5 weeks old and they slept right through Hurricane Isabele! The girls are really getting around now and have most of their baby teeth in now! They love chewing on the soft toys we have given them. They also love growling and barking at mom! Bailey is letting Buster get a little closer now but still has her say on when enough is enough. Haley is going to favor her Daddy and Heidi seems to be looking like Mom. We'll update some more pictures soon!!

Well, our girls are now 3 weeks old and growing fast. They both have their eyes open and are scooting around pretty good. A few attempts have been made to stand. First we stand, then we wobble , then.... we fall over! We have officially named them ( Marty was not fond of keeping the names Ms. Piggy and Houdinin!!) Our big girl is Haley and her sister is Heidi. I think Heidi will be our vocal one... she has already been growling at me - which sounds like a cat purr on helium! Tonight we had to give each a quick spot bath due to a little romp in a poopy pile. Haley was fine but Heidi wanted nothing to do with it and started hollering! Wow what a set of lungs!! Well, we will bring you more news as the weeks pass and of course all the pictures we can take!!

It has been an emotional week to say the least. We lost our "Blossom" on Thursday and then lost our "Little Buddy" on Saturday morning. They were just too little to hang on any longer. They brought us joy for the short time that we had them , but they are in a much better place right now at the Rainbow Bridge playing with Madison and Mr. Jones! Our focus now is to keep the 2 remaining girls going... they are gaining weight very well and are a couple of wiggly ones too!




August 18, 2003

Well, 48 hours old and all 4 are doing quite well. 2 of the girls are strong and noticeably larger than the boy "Little Buddy" and our little "Blossom" who weighed in at 2 ounces! She has finally figured out how to "drink from the tap" and is doing well. We are giving her some extra replacement milk to help her catch up. Mom is bouncing back quite well herself. She takes the occasional break to go outside, but then lickety split, she is back on the porch ready to get back to her wee ones. She is a very doting & protective mom!

Boy was Bailey keeping a secret from us!! She and Buster are the proud parents to 4 little ones! One boy and 3 girls!! Mom and pups are doing well, a bit tired from all of the weekend excitement though. She was on target for the 63 day term and had the last one around 9:30 Saturday nite. We did have to take a trip to the all night vet, but it was well worth it since they broke the news that 2 extras were on the way!! Good thing I was already sitting down!
